Changes common to most current pages:
* abc link at top/bottom
* http://lang.openoffice.org changed to http://es.openoffice.org
* two BR tags placed at top of pages in both columns to create space between
start of page and top project navbar

Other changes:
* abc folder plus pages
* missing links in right-hand navbar of setup pages added
* screenshots in Spanish for Windows setup page now link properly (SO6
screenshots - any chance of OOo screenshots in the future?)
* about-cdrom page - Mexican distributor added
* about-mailinglist/netiquette/addresses pages - all references to
dev@es.openoffice.org changed to discuss_es@es.openoffice.org
* developers page - subscribe box added at top for subscribing to
dev@es.openoffice.org
* documentation page - ToDos added (documents which need translating to Spanish)
* homepage - ToDos box added to bottom of page/link anchored to said box added
at top
* spellcheck page - English nomenclature of menus etc. in install instructions
changed to Spanish/description of procedure elipsed slightly/download link
changed to Spanish dictionary files on OOo site

Other miscellaneous changes (prepositions, position of links within text,
cleaning up of style sheets etc.).

Files to be replaced include *all* existing files currently online, except
images.  No images to be included in the zipped attachment to follow.

For technical reasons we have to move the issue to another subcomponent tan 'www'.
