The document "rel2b.doc" will not import into OpenOffice1.0, StarOffice6.0,
StarOffice5.2, all in Linux or Win32, either freezing or chashing them.
It opens into MsWord97, 2000, XP, while WordPad opens only page1, tuncating the
tables on page2 & 3. Saved as "rtf" from MsWord, pages 2 & 3 are also truncated.
Is this format known?
