Accepting the issue and have updated the internal ticket with reference to this.
Operations are working already on it.

Stefan, Operations team has updated that:
<snip>
New CNqmail pkg has been installed on openoffice.org and its working on its
queue.It is better at processing mail in its queues now. We are keeping an eye
on the mail queue on oo.o.
<snip>

I will verify the queue and update again.

A quick update. After the Openoffice.org was moved to the new hardware, this
particular package was not installed on the new box(it was missed). This newer
package was in existence on the previous box. Hence right now the mail q is
decreasing and hopefully it will get cleared by a few hours.
Comment 5 lsuarezpotts 2005-10-23 04:00:53 UTC
mail lists seem to be working now.
Comment 6 Unknown 2005-10-24 18:34:20 UTC
Closing the case as confimed by Louis that the mail lists are working fine.

Thanks,
Karishma-Helpdesk.

While this issue was marked as fixed in October after the 2.0 launch rush calmed
down I think the installation of the improved SPAM filtering (Dec 2005) and
virus protection (Jan 2006) gave us some relief.
