Software error:
SELECT attach_id, filename FROM attachments WHERE issue_id = 10000: Can't open
file: 'attachments.MYD'. (errno: 144) at IzGlobals.pm line 416.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@openoffice.org), giving
this error message and the time and date of the error.

Needed to repair IZ table. This is now fixed.
