Goal seek tool needs enhancements:
Goal may be set as logical values such as greater then, maximum or minimum.
Variable cells may be more than one.
Also it is imposible to set limitations about the variables such as 1>A5>0

Yes indeed... But wouldn't it be better then solver? At least with a better 
window showing all the variables and limits at a glance...
