The aforementioned options are missing from the list (and especially -link is
largely useful for unix builds - think STLP_DEBUG builds of the whole office).

'-debug' is not meant for end users, '-link' already is covered. Anyway, I
streamlined the usage message. 
Fixed in CWS rt13.

verified: -link will be shown on unix systems, -debug will be not shown, because
it's not for end users
