Description Unknown 2002-06-05 17:19:46 UTC
I would like to have the following feature (which is provided by Microsoft
Powerpoint):

Similar to the HTLM export I would like to be able to export all slides of a
presentation (or better a range like in the print dialog) into numbered graphics
files (e.g.TIFF) like slide1.tif slide2.tif etc. in one go.

Reassigned to Falko.
Comment 2 ooo 2002-06-12 16:00:02 UTC
Removed keyword. This new feature will certainly not go into OOo1.0

Set to new.

Hello Bernd, thank your for sending this issue, it´s a nice idea.
I had to change the prio accordingly , as prio 1 only makes sense in
cases as e.g. crashes, freezes, data lossor makes it impossible to
create documents.

bug 107045 seems to be a duplicate of this bug report and it inlcudes
a Macro to do a batch Export as graphics that might be of interest.
(As it is the later bug report and it refers to Jpegs specifically
rather than just graphics in general it should probably be closed)

Requirement: to export all the slides in a presentation to .png (.svg, or other
supported graphic formats?) separately. Files should include slide number for
correct sorting.

A workaround for this could be to use the html-export. There
are PNGs generated in the target directory of each slide.

If anyone is working on this, please consider these closely-related enhancements:

Export to html or image files should create a new directory
Issue 65282

Export to html or image files should use a fixed number of digits
Issue 65283

These small changes would give a big improvement in the user experience for the
mass-export feature.

Is a relatively simple change needed.

On export dialog needs add a check box so the customer can choice export only
current slide or the whole presentation.

Currently exist a check box for "export selection", this choice appear that has
not effect when selected graphic format as jpg or png. I tried select all the
slides on the left panel and allways exports only one slide.

Impress currently exports one slide at a time.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
