I installed a multi-language 680m131 build on Solaris with a japanese locale.
The installation language was japanese but when the office is startet, it shows
the menubar in english. Opening /tools/options shows the dialog in german. After
setting japanese as language in tools/options/language settings, everything is OK. 
OF installed a english version on a german XP and gets english menubar but
german options and german template-dialog.
