Description fa 2002-06-01 05:58:22 UTC
Kick me if I'm wrong, but when I click on the build docs link at porting.openoffice.org/mac under "For Developers/How Can I Get Involved" its a 404 NOT FOUND error.

Relevant text: "For documentation and source download, please see the ---Mac OS X build instructions--- and..."

This link goes to http://porting.openoffice.org/build_mac.html which should be instead:
http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/build_mac.html

Reasigning to louis for more comments or a suggestion for how
I should fix this...

This may be an issue with how the site was staticized and I'm
not sure how the best way to work around it may be. All of the
URL problems are only with the pages addressed with relative
URLs from the index.html page of the mac porting site

Note that the URL problems happen only if you use:

http://www.openoffice.org/mac

and not if you use

http://www.openoffice.org/mac/

with a trailing slash. This would seem to indicate to me that the
first url without the slash is loading the index.html page, but in
the wrong directory when it should be redirecting it to the mac
subdirectory. Is this assessment correct? I'm not quite sure
how to address it without putting in full URLs to any mac pages
linked from index.html
