Unfortunately the Beta2 is a m125...

I'll try to verify this today on FreeBSD and Windows. But doesn't the Windows version use Uniscribe, not 
ICU?

This has been solved for 680m126 for linux... I'm downloading the Windows
version now to see if its solved for that also...
