Description dflater 2005-08-29 20:42:14 UTC
This problem has been observed in OOo 2.0 Beta and OOo 2.0 Beta 2.

Start with an HTML file in your default directory that does an IMG SRC
from an image in a subdirectory.

In the Untitled document that appears when you start Writer, do Insert
File and insert the HTML file. Verify that the image appears.

Save As Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP.

Exit, restart OOo, and open the new Word file.

The image links will be broken.

I cannot reproduce the problem. Could you please attach an HTML file to this
issue which shows the described behaviour when inserting and exporting to MS format?
Thanks in advance!

I have attached a gzipped tar file with the input that I used and the output
that I got. When I load the .doc file, instead of Figure 1 I get a broken image
thingy with the bogus URL http://figures/fig1.png.

MRU->FLR: Icannot reproduce the problem by using the attached HTML. Can you
imagine how how the defected .doc in the attachment could be created?
