The enclosed document is not displayed properly

This is a word document received from a supplier.

all data that seem dynamically generated from an unknown application do not
appear (neither displayed nor printed) in openoffice 1.1.9.118 on windows XP pro
nor 1.1.0 on linux mandrake 10.0 with KDE 3.2

All the blank fields show a content of "$EBP$" in m125. So I can confirm that 
they are not displaying properly. But I'm not sure that it's our fault, without 
further information.

MRU->FLR: the document contains some REF-fields (referencing to Bookmarks) where
the source bookmarks are not available. In this case, the import should read the
"field result"
