To reproduce this assertion do the following

Load the sun corporate template.
Use file/templates/save.
Save it in My templates.
Close it.
Use File/templates/organize.
Open my templates.
Doubleclick the former saved doc to get the styles out.
Use commands/edit

For some reasons we don't get the graphic substorage when saving from the
organizer dialog
