I received the following error while scanning a document to Writer. I can find nothing in Config or Options to set or change. “soffice.exe has generated errors and will closed by Windows. Yow will need to to restart the program. An error log is being created.” Here is the sequence of events. 1.Opened a new document. 2.Insert/Graphics/Scan/Request. 3.Scan program started (HP PrecsionScan 3.0.3)(HP5300C) 4.Document was scanned. 5.Accept image. 6.Loaded image to document. Then the above error occurred. It would seem (to me) that something happened with the temp that was created. Looking in the hpprscan log TwFile.bmp was created. Below is a part of the error log and the TWAIN files.
