Tested on SRC680 m123 unxlngi6.pro: Slide Pane sometimes needs to be disabled
twice via menu before it vanishes.

How to reproduce:
- start Office
- new presentation
- undock slide pane so it's floating
- insert new slide via right clicking in layout and choosing 'Insert Slide'
- now try to disable the slide pane via 'Menu -> View -> Slide Pane'
  - the slide pane vanishes and reappears immediatly.
  - again disable it via 'Menu -> View -> Slide Pane' and it finally goes.
- the effect can be repeated by inserting more slides in the same way

With consent of WG I set the target to OOo Later.  The bug occurs not all the
time and there exists a workaround.
