Loading and saving worksheets trough the network is absolutely slow.
If you just double-click an excelsheet or dbf-sheet in windows explorer, it 
takes a very long time before you can see the office-suite is busy. While in 
excel it first shows the spreadsheet(empty) and after that loads the sheet. You 
haven't got a progress-bar that shows you that the sheet is loading, so you are 
waiting thinking that the application crashed.

Loading the application takes some time.
