In the notes-window, the text of the note has no word-wrap. This is a known 
problem since years and it is mentioned in many wishes for further 
enhancements. But this single point is not an enhancement, but a defect. So I 
open a single issue for resolving this. Please consider the missing word-wrap 
as a bug and repair it for OOo 2.0 final.

No, this won't be handled as a defect for this special release. The window is
designed not to word/line-break here, because it should match its display of the
tip when hoovering with the cursor over the note in the text or in the
navigator. A break can be easily generated with Enter or Shift-Enter.
