1. you need a userconfiguration from any office before m114. So install an old
version before m115 and start them one.
2. install a >= m115 
3. start the version and try to save any textdocument
==>> error message:

Error loading BASIC of document
<filename>
General Error
General input/output error

Workaround:
remove the user tree of the installation.

TV: Fixed by reinstalling the old BASIC Formwizard.
