Drop Caps don't work after inserting Note.

When you insert a Note (Insert|Note...) at the beginning of a paragraph and the 
option Format|Paragraph... Drop Caps is on, your just created Drop Caps is 
gone...

When you remove your note it's back!!.

MRU->FME: When drop caps are activated, IMO they should ignore a Note in th
first position of a paragraph.
