I use OOo1.9.113 German language pack. In the German help, modul Writer, tab
page “Suchenâ€, enter the search term “Numerierungâ€. You will get 26 results. All
occurrences of “Numerierung†in the texts, which belong to this results, should
be “Nummerierungâ€.

Not sure i understand you 100% here  :(
Should all occurances of "Numerierung" be replaced with “Nummerierung� ...or
just the 26 mentioned here?

All occurances of "Numerierung" should change to "Nummerierung" and the plural
too, "Numerierungen" to "Nummerierungen". Not only in modul Writer but in all
moduls.
