Hi:

I don't like the single document interface - ie starting a new "instance" of an OOo 
application when I create a new file or open another file. I would like to have multiple documents 
running within one application and access them via the Window menu item like most other 
Windows applications.

latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
