If a document has been opened read-only via http and the user switches to
edit-mode, an errormessage is displayed -> "due to insufficient user
rights,....". The same happens if a user opens a document normally (in edit
mode) via http and then switches to read-only and back to edit-mode again !
Workaround for both cases is to close the doc and open it again.
