Version input completely messed up. For this issue I only found 1.0.1, 1.1, 2.0,
durrent

Steps to reproduce:
1. Goto Issue Tracker and log in
2. Goto issue 51556
3. Try to change Version 680m104
   expected: should be in list
   actual: is not, only m011 to m091 available

But
1. Goto Issue Tracker and log in
2. Click NEW
3. Select "Word Processor"
4. Try to change Version 680m104
   expected: should be in list
   actual: as expected

The version list depends on the component.
This issue is filed for component 'www' and 'www' doesn not follow the
versioning of main OOo components.
You are right that the component 'documentation' does not contain all
milestones. I think we (Martin) should add milestone values 680_m1xx for
documentation in the future.
But I wouldn't add older milestones.
