With build tool v1.141: running ``build --all --file filename'' in the instset
module of a CWS produces a command file that has many lines consisting only of
the word ``ok'' (seems some stderr output is written to stdout). The commands
that chdir into the module and then call deliver.pl are missing a linefeed and
are concatenated.
