Two clickable buttons are shown in the bottom right of the dialog - 'Start
Recovery' and 'Cancel'. There is no 'Next' button.

The text in this dialog reads :

Please help us solve the problem that caused the crash. You can do this by
sending the error report created by OpenOffice.org. Click 'Next' to open the
Error Report tool.

Occurs on all OS. The "Next"-button is available after recovery is finished.
Therefore the text shouldn`t be displayed before that.

The problem still exists in 2.0.0 rc 1.
