Description climac 2002-05-20 09:01:13 UTC
When I print out a text document or a spreadsheet all my regular text comes out
as bold.

I see from the user mailing list that other people have had this problem.

I had a problem with regular fonts being displayed as bold on the screen but
this was resolved by appling the antialias work round on the cache file given in
the mailing list.

For printing I use cups 1.1 and ghostscript 6.51.

I have two printers a samsung laser ML4500 and an epson C70 and both give the
same fault.

printing has worked fine with all previous versions.

I had another look at the pspfontcache file and found there were two,
one in OpenOffice.org1.0/share/psprint and one in
OpenOffice.org1.0/user/psprint/pspfontcache.
I had changed the share one but not the user one when I did this my
printing worked.
