The Date Field, Time Field, Pattern Field and the Currency Field Form Controls
are missing the Linked Cell property under the Data Tab.
(SEE the Text Box Form Control for an Example)

This was never part of the feature specification
(http://specs.openoffice.org/calc/compatibility/linkedcontrols.sxw).
Workaround: Use a Formatted field.
