Description parrenin 2002-05-17 17:23:46 UTC
-open a new document,
-write 2 paragraphs of text that cover almost the entire first page,
-insert an object (a figure for example), anchored in the first paragraph, and
with a height almost equal to the page height.

Then, I get the following first layout :
-1rst paragraph in page 1,
-object in page 2,
-2nd paragraph in page 3.

But if I cut the object and paste it, always in the first paragraph, I get the
second layout :
-the 2 paragraphs in the first page,
-the object in the second page.

If I save and reopen my document, I get the first layout.

Unable to duplicate on Win NT 4.0 SP6a, OOo 643.
Comment 6 parrenin 2002-11-27 18:51:25 UTC
I have also tested the problem on WinXP with OO1.0.1.
I attach an example file.

Select the image, cut it, move the cursor to the second paragraph, and
paste it.
You will see that the 3 paragraphs appear in the first page.

If you save and reload the file, the arrangment will be modified : the
two first paragraphs will be in the first page, but the third in the
third page.

Regards.

         Frédéric
