Before applying this patch it would be useful to consolidate the duplicate code
for filling the macro tree list boxes in svx/source/dialog/selector.cxx
and sfx2/source/dialog/cfg.cxx

According to TBE it obviously makes no sense to apply this patch directly.

ah 'would be useful to' ... was what confused me ;-)
Of course, I'm well up for killing cut/paste duplicated code :-)
