The last two attachments on bug 813 are SPAM.  There does not appear to be other
attachments or comments by this user.

Of course the danger is that removing SPAM attachment will have the same result like feeding a Troll, but spamming should not watched helpless:

I wonder whether there is some guideline?

I certainly don't have the motivation to remove spam attachments in closed issues from 2010.  

But if something like this occurs again, report it to the dev@openoffice.apache.org mailing list.

It looks like Spam but it could be malware so I have nuked it.
