Printing postscript file of a presentation handout in a grey level visualization
fail. The postscript generated file, using the device driver for HP4100 PS
printer, doesn't display anithing. If edited it contains the following
(translated form italian): "This job require too much memory than the available
in the printer".
The printing fails with very simple presentation (e.g. 1 slide with only the title).
The problem doesn't appear in printing slides but only handouts.
Printing postscript on file form other application work well.

Only the printing of handouts in greyscale seems to be affected. This worked in
OOo1.1.4.
