MRU->FLR: I think, the problem here is, that Word isn't able to anchor a graphic
inside a textbox. Thus, it is very difficult for the export, to determine the
correct position of it.

I have also experienced this issue with 2.2.1. I use OOo professionally in a
mixed OOo and Word environment. This issue has had a major impact on my
workflow, and makes it very difficult to share documents with members of my
team. As I am often the major author of various reports and proposals with input
from other team members, the impact is considerable.
