Open Hyperlink dialog, Internet tab page. Look at Extended Help tip for "Frame"
list box. It is the same text as for the next control, the "Form" list box.

This worked before, now all such constructs (there are hundreds of them in the
online help) are broken.

Over the last two years, I copied all the to-be embedded texts to the right
destinations. So you may close this issue because it became an academic issue.

Will manually replace all embedded Help ID constructs with the source text in
CWS hcshared19. This should fix issue 69889 too
