This is fallback of the issue 44924.
Currently during operations on embedded objects in most cases the container of
the document is used. But in some rare cases object might be contained by
another container,  for example in the mentioned above issue.

So the correct way to handle it is to always use container the object referes to.

No currently known scenario is affected by the problem, so it makes sence to fix
it for the OOo Later.
