Have not been able to duplicate this unless using the attached document, however
I am unable to print the first sheet of this MS Excel document.  When I go to
print it or Page preview, I automatically get the second page.  There are many
sheets to this spreadsheet.

Please find attached the OOo-Version of the file. There it is now
possible to print the first sheet.
What I did on OO Cals was simply to reset the print area of the first
sheet. That solved it.

Hi Daniel,
it seems that the print range on the first sheet get lost during 
import.

Missing printrange on first sheet, double to #i4063

Workaround: In Excel, 
define a print range in the first sheet (i.e. the whole sheet).
