I have a strange table display bug after a page jump in an ms word document.  
The table is after the page jump but still starts displaying its border on the 
previous page.  See attachments for sample document and screenshots.

MRU->FLR: There is no table in the document; the lines are paragraph borders.
The import seems quite confused by having a section break followed by a page
break. both lines "Text" are transferred to next page.

Two defect can be identified by the given document:

(1) The empty section in the Microsoft Word document is imported in the Writer
containing an empty paragraph. The paragraph gets the border properties as in
Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word suppresses the output of this border - the Writer
doesn't suppress it.

(2) The two paragraphs on the 2nd page have set the border property 'middle
line', which isn't supported by the Writer yet. This will be handled by issue 23118.

Thus, this issue only takes care for the first defect.

Considering the effort, the priority, the risk and our resource planning I've to
retarget this issue to OOo Later.

Hi,

I have a word document which displays at university around all of the text on
the page. When imported into OOo m104 it displays the border around the first
line of said page. It is hard for me to narrow this any further for you as I
don't have both on my machine.
