It seems like it is not possible to add a cross-reference
(Insert->Cross-reference) to a Heading.

i could not find it in 1.1.4 nor 1.9.93.
i think it would be of great benefit if it was possible.
consider the following case:


1. Introdution     (type: heading 1)
1.1 Backround      (type: heading 2)


2. Next chapter    (type: heading 1)
   in this chapter ......
   pease {1.1 Background} (where the text inbetween {} is a reference.




i do think that if this is fairly easy to add it should be added before OO 2.0
is released.

Currently, it is possible to refere to another chapter: select a piece of text
in the chapter you want to refere to, Set Reference, insert a cross-reference
with "Chapter" format in the other chapter (for deteiled hints, please ask the
users mailing list).

We plan to make a direct referencing possible, see:
