Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 47471
Licence copyright is 2002
Last modified: 2006-04-04 07:50:05 UTC
This issue is probably not an issue at all, but I am checking just incase it is. When you first run OOo after install, the licence that appears says: "Copyright 2002 Sun Microsystems, Inc." Whild I know that copyrights are not usually a yearly thing, I am just mentioning it incase it does need to be changed. Thanks, (and no, I have not got a clue who to assign this to)
target milestone 2.0, just to make sure it doesn't slip under the wire.
Current license contains: Copyright 2002,2005 Sun Microsystems, Inc. I think this is OK. I suggest to close this as FIXED or WORKSFORME.
has been fixed some time ago.
Sorry to be a spoilsport, but it doesn't say that in SRC680_113. At least on windows. Its "Copyright 2002 Sun Microsystems, Inc." This isn't in the about box, but on the first run screen. The licence which appears in there.
He spoke about license.txt The current contetnt of this file is (M118): You may only copy and distribute this program consistent with the requirements and distribute this Program consistent with the requirements of either the GNU General Public License (GPL) and GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) or the Sun Industry Standards Source License (SISSL), respectively, depending on whether you elected to obtain access to this program via the GPL/LGPL Option or the SISSL Option. IS the "first time" wizard show this file or does it contants this file internally? Thanks, KAMI
pjanik -> Same copyright date problem in m120/hu/WXP/pjanik build
121/pjanik build: Registration wizard is ok, but the license.txt in ooo folder still 2002 only...
now fixed on mh19121.
I have seen this FIXED in source/license/wnt/license_en-US.txt in mh19121, yes.
Can I reopen it? license.txt is wrong, license.html is good, first run wizard is bad again. pjanik 122 build windows hu
pjanik -> Is this problem related to you? Can you check it? KAMI
