We are currently working on the issue,we would require little more time to propose a solution to fix the problem, will get back to you at the earliest. Thanks, Karthik Support Operations
Hi Stefan We have fixed this using an instance set. This covers new mailing lists. We still need to write a script that converts the existing mailing lists. That script can be tested on the stage site once it is up and running. It can then be run on the production site either before or after the upgrade. Thanks, Karthik Support Operations
Verified this is fixed in stage.
It seems we have to run the mentioned script on the production site. See issue 71282
*** Issue 71282 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. ***
Started working on this issue .
We have plans to run this script on the production site after the patch 10 upgrade which would be scheduled soon . Will keep you posted on the date/time when the script would be run on the site . Also we would be --nice the script so that there is minimal impact on the site .
More updates on this issue we would be running this script after the application of the Patch 10 which would be probably by next week at the most .
The patch upgrade is completed as per our plan we would be running this script on the background starting this weekend . Also instructions have been provided that we --nice the script so that there is no hindrance for the normal operations of the site .
To CRM
The script was run on the site however we identified that the issue has still not been fixed . Checking back with the engineer on the reason for the failure .
This issue has been resolved . Closing this issue .
verified and closing...
