I think it related problem. I can't view versions - changes in OOo2 in this document. 1.1.4 works fine. (47.41 KB, application/vnd.sun.xml.writer)

Converting from a SXW Text Document to the new ODT format won't save the
embedded versions from the SXW file. It also won't do this with M$ Word DOC
files either.

ES->DVO: Versions (File - Versions) are not saved from sxw to odt. Data loss -> P2.

This does the same thing on the windows version. I have a dualboot system with
OOO2beta on both sides. I use linux 90% of the time and I didn't know whether or
not to add a separate bug. I assumed you check the bugs between both versions.

Considering the effort, the priority, the risk and our resource planning I've to
retarget this issue to OOo Later.

At least it's being seen to. Half of my documents will have to wait till then 
for full carryover conversion seeing as how I ditched M$ Office. Hopefully 
OOoLater won't be much later. Thanks!

If it's not going to be possible to fix this for the release, would it be
possible to add a warning to the save dialogue when you save an old OOo SXW file
as an ODT? Because until I suffered this problem, I assumed that the new format
included all information from the old files -- this issue is pretty significant
for people who use the Versions feature.

The problem doesn't appear to be mentioned in the help files or README.
