In Calc, the caret doesn't show in a cell after just double-clicking
it. It requires a third click or a key press to make it appear. This
doesn't interfere with editing the contents though. This can make it
difficult for one to know where editing will occur when there's already
text there.

 I've discovered this issue to be a duplicate of #17486, though for a 
different version.
