You find sample files on the URL.
The buggy.sxw is like good.sxw except it contains picture.png linked, good.sxw 
contains picture.png embedded. (I can open good.sxw)
The picture wrap setting is parallel and contour is enabled in both file.

The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the
