text boxes created within ppt can not edited within impress when the ppt has 
been imported. examples are in slides 3,4,5,6 8. Try clicking on the custom 
created text boxes - nothing happens. Further if you get too agressive in the 
clicking between the various slides in slide viewer you run the risk of 
stalling and ultimately crashing the app.
