In the page preview it is shown correctly. But when printing a blank page comes 
out... (or maybe location is out of page range)

It is not possible to very that problem for me . Are you shure that this is not
a local printer problem? - Please try to give a more extensive describtion.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer driver (HP LaserJet 1010)... 
Unfortunately nothing changed.
I have worked with this printer for printing the same type envelope using 
OOo1.1.4, there was no problem.
I am sure that there is a program mistake on character mapping/locating on 
paper...
When trying to print on the left side of envelope, the address lines cut in the 
middle.

Hello Solar,
for easier reproduction of your issue please answer the following two
questions?

1) Which envelope orientation did you use?
Horizontal left [1], Horizontal center [2], Horizontal right [3], Vertical left
[4], Vertical center [5], Vertical right [6]

2) What are the paper properties in your printer setup? [-> Setup.. ->
Properties.. ]
Paper size?
Orientation?
Paper tray?

Please retry with a version no older than 680m96 and comment whether it is fixed
or still occurs.
