Application crashes when invoking the Special Characters dialog from within 
the Bibliographic Database

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the bibliographic database (Tools >> Bibliographic Database)
2. Click on any field and select the text in it
3. Right-click on that field
4. Select "Special Character"

Expected result:
The Special Character dialog should be displayed

Observed Result:
The application crashes
