Description diane 2005-03-06 15:45:22 UTC
The answer for plugins, "plugins are what you know from your browser", assumes
the user knows what plugins are. Plugins needs a more meanful definition.

FAQ source lives in two places:
http://documentation.openoffice.org/faqs/various_topics/018.html and
http://oooauthors.org/FAQs/General/faqgeneralabout/018/

The URL for this item at the OOoAuthors project was changed to:

http://oooauthors.org/en/FAQs/General/faqgeneralabout/018/

FAQ pages currently are moved to the Wiki at
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/FAQ
Every user can edit those Wiki pages.
Closing this issue.
BTW, I doubt that "what is a plugin" really is a frequently asked question
(FAQ). That would be more appropriate in an "OOo Glossary" type of documentation.
