Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 43943
Open from template unable to select multiple docs to open
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:35:56 UTC
In dialog Open from template it should be possible to open multiple files to be opened. for example with ctrl+mouseclick or shift+mouseclick or shift+arrows. i know there are properties of the file displayed, but it could show the properties of the first document.
SBA: Confirmed (680m83). Works as designed. Workaround: Use the File-Open Dialog. With either the "Load Readonly" box checked OR no write access to the templates, they aren't opened themselves (in order to edit) but are used as templates (to create multiple "Untitled[XYZ]" documents). Reassigned to requirements.
i agree the workaround exists. but the file-open does not shows the properties, so i cannot view the properties of the files and then open them.
