- remove or add a button to the Formatting-toolbar: Now the the toolbar is a bit
too wide! (I mean the space between the right button and arrow-button.

- If you now do something that updated the toolbars (for example a change to the
Standard-toolbar) you can see that the width of the Formatting-toolbar changes
to the correct value.

cd->ssa: I don't know why. Our new update mechanism is working, but it looks
like that the toolbar gives me a incorrect values in CalcWindowSizePixel(). As
the submitter correctly describes, if you resize the container window the
toolbar shrinks about some pixel. I set this to OOoLater as it is only a minor
problem.
