It's almost impossible to assign keyboard shortcuts without constantly scrolling
the tiny list boxes in the functions area that contain the data. Making it
resizable would allow resizing the dialog so that all entries are easily visible.

This "dialog" (TabPage) is outdated, it should become similar to the other tab
pages in the customize dialog, we just didn't have enough time to convert the
listbox for the assignments.  

If the keyboard customization page is changed accordingly it will open a second
dialog for assignments. I hate this way of working but at least it solves the
space problem,

Beside that:
If any of the tab pages will be resized, all others must be resized also.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
