The "Form Functions" toolbar changed name to "Controls". However, not all icons
moved into that toolbar, some moved to other toolbars like "More Controls" etc,
so every source file must be checked and changed individually. These are the files:

Keep in mind that the final names of toolbars are still a moving target! So work
can only start after spec doc is really final!
